Cable management experts D-Line, based in North Tyneside, have been awarded the
most prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise in recognition of six consecutive years
of exceptional sales growth in export markets.

Since launch in 2006, D-Line’s innovative cable management products are now
being used everyday by trades and homeowners around the world, making
sales double over the last three years to more than £10million annually.

Additional to UK custom in DIY, online and trade outlets, 44% of turnover
is being earned from overseas, with sixty staff employed locally and a
recruitment drive set for the company’s USA subsidiary in Kentucky.

D-Line’s founder Paul Ruddick believes the company’s ethos, vision and
adaptability should enable the business to double again by 2023.
As Paul explained, D-Line’s unique cable organisers are designed
not only as ‘easy to use & look great… but to be the best in the world’.

and North America, while being first choice for online customers also.
